The House
A new kind of luxury, with the alcohol left out
French Bloom is the house that proved elegance never depended on alcohol.
Founded in 2021 in Paris, it crafts super-premium alcohol-free sparkling from organic French Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, grown in the south of France around Limoux in the Languedoc — a 0.0% cuvée with the tension, finesse and length of a fine sparkling wine.
In October 2024, Moët Hennessy (LVMH) took a strategic minority stake, confirming French Bloom as the reference in prestige alcohol-free — from red carpets to the Formula 1 paddock.
Origin
Born of a friendship
The idea began in 2019, when Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger — a Michelin Guide director, pregnant with twins — found no elegant alternative to a great glass of bubbles. With her friend, the model Constance Jablonski, she set out to create it; after years of R&D, French Bloom launched in 2021.

Terroir
Organic vines in the south of France
The grapes — organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir — come from the sun-warmed hills of the Languedoc around Limoux. Organic farming keeps the fruit pure and expressive, giving the cuvées their freshness, fine bead and backbone.
The Craft
The art of alcohol-free
Years of development served a single goal: a 0.0% bottle that holds its own beside the finest sparkling wines.
Organic base wines
Carefully selected organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, grown for purity and freshness.
Gentle de-alcoholisation
The alcohol is removed at low temperature while aromatics and tension are preserved.
Composition & bead
Balanced, refined with botanicals and carried by a delicate, persistent effervescence.
At the Table
How to serve it
Serve well-chilled in a fine flute. Le Blanc and L’Extra Brut shine with oysters, sushi and canapés; Le Rosé loves summer fruit and light desserts; La Cuvée Vintage belongs at the centre of the table.
