Studer carries 140 years of distilling tradition into an alcohol-free distillate.
The Studer distillery in Escholzmatt has distilled since 1883 — today in its fourth and fifth generations. The house became known for its Swiss “Original Williams”.
In 2021 Studer presented Swiss Highland naturally ONI, an alcohol-free juniper distillate — the 0.0% answer to its own Swiss Highland gin, made from the same botanicals.
History
One family, five generations
Since 1883 the Studer family has shaped Swiss distilling. With “naturally ONI” it took the step into the alcohol-free world — without giving up the standard of aroma and purity that has always defined the house.

Swiss Highland naturally ONI is an alcohol-free juniper distillate (0.0%), made from the same botanicals as a classic London Dry gin. “naturally” means: no preservatives and no artificial flavourings.
