Zeronimo is the alcohol-free brand of Heribert Bayer and his “In Signo Leonis” cellar in Neckenmarkt, Mittelburgenland — Austria’s first alcohol-free premium wines.
They are built on the estate’s top wines: this was the first winery in the world to de-alcoholise a 98-point wine. Dry, complex, vegan — with no additives and no industrial sugar.
History
From “In Signo Leonis” to Zeronimo
Heribert Bayer’s top cuvée “In Signo Leonis” reached 95–98 Falstaff points. The next generation, Patrick Bayer and Katja Bernegger, turned it into Austria’s first alcohol-free premium red — the Zeronimo Leonis Blend, hailed as one of the world’s best alcohol-free red wines.
