Aldea

Spanish wine, 0.0% alcohol — by the producer Producto de Aldea.

The House

Spanish wine, 0.0% alcohol

Aldea stands for easy-going Spanish wine — entirely without alcohol.

Behind Aldea is Producto de Aldea S.L., founded by winemaker Manuel Gil. Since 2004 the house has had an international focus, exporting Spanish wines to many countries. “Aldea” means “village” in Spanish.

Aldea 0.0 is made from classic Spanish varieties — red from Tempranillo, white from Verdejo (from Galicia). The alcohol is removed by spinning cone, with controlled fermentation at 15 °C in stainless steel.

History

Spanish wine for the world

Producto de Aldea was founded by winemaker Manuel Gil and set its sights on the international market from the start — with a broad range of Spanish wines that early on included alcohol-free versions.

The People

Manuel Gil

Winemaker Manuel Gil and his team stand behind Aldea — with the goal of making Spanish wine character accessible, with and without alcohol.

Spanish wine — easy-going and without alcohol.

Terroir

Spain’s wealth of grapes

Aldea draws on Spain’s classic varieties: Tempranillo for the reds and Verdejo from cooler Galicia for the whites — plus Muscat and Syrah for Frizzante and Rosé.

The Craft

How Aldea 0.0 is made

It starts with a complete Spanish wine.

01

Spanish varieties

Tempranillo, Verdejo, Muscat and Syrah as the base.

02

03

At the Table

How to serve it

The Tempranillo suits tapas, meat and cheese; the Verdejo fish and starters; the Muscat Frizzante and the Rosé make a fresh aperitif.
