“Pierre Zéro” is the historic alcohol-free brand of Maison Pierre Chavin.

Maison Pierre Chavin was founded in 2010 by Mathilde Boulachin and Fabien Gross in Béziers, in the south of France. “Pierre Chavin” is an invented name — “Pierre” as the most common French first name, “Chavin” containing the word “vin”.

Pierre Zéro is the house’s historic range of alcohol-free wines. Using modern methods such as reverse osmosis and vacuum distillation, the aromas, texture and complexity are preserved — from Chardonnay and Merlot to sparkling and the Signature series.
