Adriatico — Alcohol-Free Amaretto from Puglian Almonds
Italy · Puglia
Adriatico
Alcohol-free amaretto from hand-picked Puglian almonds.
The House
Amaretto from Puglia
Adriatico makes amaretto from real Puglian almonds — now alcohol-free, too.
Amaretto Adriatico was founded in 2019 in Puglia. At its heart are hand-picked, slow-roasted Filippo Cea almonds, a pinch of Adriatic sea salt and far less sugar than classic amaretto.
With Adriatico Zero there is an alcohol-free version: the same almond distillate with the alcohol removed — so texture and taste stay close to the original.
History
The almond at the centre
Adriatico stands out through its ingredients: sun-dried, hand-picked Filippo Cea almonds from Puglia, Adriatic sea salt, and only about half the sugar of a conventional amaretto. Adriatico Zero carries this character into the alcohol-free world.
The Spirits
Adriatico Zero — amaretto, alcohol-free
Adriatico Zero is an alcohol-free amaretto, built on the same roasted-almond distillate as the original — just without alcohol. Intensely almond, with a fine salty note and less sweetness.
The Craft
How Adriatico Zero is made
Roasted almonds, sea salt, less sugar.
Filippo Cea almonds
Hand-picked, sun-dried and slow-roasted.
With sea salt & sugar
A pinch of Adriatic sea salt and only about half the sweetness.
Remove the alcohol
The alcohol is taken out of the almond distillate.
In the Glass
How to serve it
Adriatico Zero neat over ice as a digestif, in an alcohol-free Amaretto Sour, or over vanilla ice cream. A dash in coffee also brings out the almond.
Conscience
Real ingredients
Adriatico relies on real almonds, sea salt and reduced sugar rather than artificial sweetness — alcohol-free, yet with full almond character.
