French Bloom La Cuvée Vintage 2023 is crafted from organic Chardonnay from old vines in the Hauts de Vallée of Limoux. Aged for 8 months in 225-liter French oak barrels and produced without dosage, this is a truly exceptional cuvée. The 2023 vintage brought distinctive character: a dry winter and spring followed by balanced rains, with wide day-night temperature variations preserving acidity and aromatic intensity. Using advanced low-temperature vacuum distillation, 100% of the alcohol is removed while preserving the wine's original aromatic compounds. Individually numbered and presented in a bespoke collector's gift box.
