30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requirements

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Contact us at info@alcfree.ch to request a return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund.
