French Bloom Extra Brut is crafted from 100% organic Chardonnay sourced from Limoux in Languedoc, the historic region where sparkling wine originated in 1544. Using a triple vacuum distillation at low temperatures, the alcohol is gently removed while preserving the wine's aromatic complexity. 30% of the Chardonnay wines are aged in oak barrels for added depth and structure. With a radiant golden hue, delicate notes of white flowers, refreshing minerality, and hints of dried apricots, this is the finest expression of alcohol-free sparkling wine.
