Jsotta brings the Italian aperitivo ritual to the glass — entirely without alcohol.
Behind Jsotta stands the Swiss Lateltin AG, whose roots reach back to 1899. With its “Senza” line (Italian for “without”), the house carries its vermouth tradition into the alcohol-free world.
Four cuvées mirror the classics of aperitivo culture — from bittersweet to gently spiced — and are made for the moment before the meal: well chilled, in the apéro glass.
History
Vermouth tradition since 1899
Lateltin AG has practised the art of vermouth for over a century — wine refined with herbs. With “Senza” it takes that experience to create alcohol-free aperitivi that keep the intense, bittersweet character of the original.
