Acala thinks about tea from the table — as an alcohol-free answer to the wine glass.
Acala comes from Kaunas in Lithuania. It was founded by Martynas, who comes from fine dining and the world of wine. The spark was personal: when his wife was pregnant, he missed an alcohol-free drink that truly came close to a good wine.
The result is an organic sparkling tea built around the styles of fine wine — now found in more than 30 countries and in Michelin kitchens.
History
From a personal moment
Martynas wanted a drink for his wife that did not taste of going without. Drawing on his experience with wine and gastronomy, he set out to compose tea like a wine — dry, structured, layered. Acala was born.

The cuvées echo the great wine styles: White Wine Style, Red Wine Style, Mimosa Style and Spritz Style. Each is composed from organic tea — dry, finely beaded and built for food.
