Noughty is the first high-quality alcohol-free, organic, vegan, Halal-certified and low-sugar sparkling: organic grapes from southern Spain, fermented in stainless steel and de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation.
History
Born of a wish for transparency
Amanda Thomson grew up sugar- and alcohol-aware, was an arts broadcaster at the BBC and studied wine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. An advocate for transparency, she founded Thomson & Scott — and with “Noughty” the first alcohol-free, organic, vegan and Halal-certified sparkling.

The organic grapes for Noughty grow on the sandy, calcareous sites of southern Spain. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is gently de-alcoholised — for a fresh, clean sparkling.
