ALT. is a Norwegian brand (Nolo Nordics) of alcohol-free wines — in partnership with a winery in Spain. The award-winning cuvées combine traditional winemaking with modern technology.
Organic grapes are fermented in stainless steel and de-alcoholised by very gentle methods — vacuum distillation at low temperature and a patented aroma recovery. The wine’s properties are preserved: Blanc de Blancs (Chardonnay) and Sparkling Rosé, 100% organic, 0.0%.
