Undone No. 7 Italian Bitter Aperitif is a premium non-alcoholic alternative to the classic Italian orange bitter, modelled on a genuine amaro. Vivid bitter-orange, herbal and spice aromas deliver the assertive bitterness that defines the Italian aperitivo tradition – the indispensable red base for a Spritz or Negroni, kept authentic at 0.0% alcohol.
Best Served: Essential for alcohol-free Spritz (3:2 with sparkling water or alcohol-free prosecco) and Negronis. Also excellent over ice with orange slice and a splash of soda.
