An alcohol-free Pinot Gris from Weingut St. Antony — the VDP estate on Nierstein’s famous Roter Hang.
Fresh, light and juicy, with the typical character of Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder). During the dealcoholisation the aromas are captured by a resin as the alcohol evaporates and then returned to the wine — so the fruit stays where it belongs. With only 16 kcal per 100 ml a light companion for every day.
Goes with: Light starters, salads, fish, poultry and creamy pasta
