A dry, alcohol-removed white from France.
Bright, elegant and precise, with pure stone fruit and subtle French oak complexity.
Premium base wines from cooler sites in Southwest France, where altitude and moderating Atlantic and Pyrenean influences support slow, even ripening, natural fruit concentration and excellent acid retention.
«Chardonnay’s naturally crisp acidity and fine mineral backbone provide structure to the wine through alcohol removal.»
— Duncan Shouler, Head Winemaker
How it’s made
In the glass
| Aroma | Pure stone fruit — peach and nectarine — with sweet spice, subtle toasted hazelnut and lightly toasted French oak. |
| Palate | Bright and pure, with layers of stone fruit and brioche giving richness and a natural impression of sweetness mid-palate. |
| Finish | Dry, fresh and beautifully balanced: crisp apple, lemon and vibrant acidity bring precision and length. |

Serve & store
Properly chilled: 6–8 °C. Take it out of the fridge a few minutes early so the brioche and hazelnut open up.
Store cool and dark, best within 18 months of purchase. Once opened, recap tightly, refrigerate and enjoy within 2–3 days.
