Oddbird - Spumante

This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is produced using traditional methods from 100% Glera grapes from the best vineyards in the Treviso region of Veneto. The wine matures for up to 12 months and is then carefully de-alkalized. The subtle taste of white pear, green apple, elderflower and grapefruit makes this wine a fresh and pleasant sparkling wine!
