The world's first alcohol-free sparkling orange wine.
Oddbird Low Intervention Sparkling Orange No. 1 is a groundbreaking creation from Scandinavia's largest non-alcoholic wine producer. Made from organic Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Sylvaner, and Pinot Gris grapes from Alsace, France, with extended skin maceration of about 1.5 weeks to achieve the distinctive amber color and silky tannins. Aged 12 months on lees and gently dealcoholized by vacuum distillation. A truly unique, complex wine experience.
Pairs well with: Spicy Asian dishes, grilled seafood, mezze platters, roasted vegetables, blue cheese, apricot tart
