Beau Viva is the alcohol-free sparkling rosé from Maison Saint Aix — the Provençal house behind the famous AIX Rosé.

Crafted in the South of France from Colombard, the wine is gently dealcoholized by vacuum distillation at only 25–30 °C before fine bubbles are added. In the glass a delicate pink with a lively mousse; on the nose rose petals, citrus zest and fresh red berries, with hints of grapefruit, strawberry and raspberry. Dry on the palate with a soft minerality — 0.0% alcohol, vegan, and awarded Gold at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2026.

Goes with: Apéro, sushi and poke bowls, seared salmon, fish, tapas and antipasti
