Lyre's - Italian Spritz

Lyre's Italian Spritz is the non-alcoholic counterpart to classic Italian amaro such as Campari or Aperol. The spirit tastes of oranges, rhubarb and herbs - almost as you would expect from a bitter-sweet aperitif liqueur. Lyre's Italian Spritz can be used to prepare various classic cocktails such as Aperol Spritz or Negroni. Serve with soda or tonic water and citrus slices for the perfect aperitif. The most sophisticated drink, however, is a delicious non-alcoholic or low-alcohol Prosecco Lyre's Amalfi Spritz, a variation on the classic Venetian Spritz.
