Pierre Chavin Zero - Merlot Red Wine
In the glass, Pierre Zero Merlot from the house of Pierre Chavin reveals an expressive purple color. This varietal French wine shows in the glass wonderfully youthful notes of blackberries, black cherries, plums and black currants. These are joined by hints of other fruits. On the palate, Pierre Chavin's Pierre Zero Merlot opens delightfully dry, grippy and aromatic. On the tongue, this red wine is characterized by an immensely melting texture. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of black cherry and black currant.
Goes with: duck breast with snow peas, roasted calf's liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce or boeuf bourguignon.
