Carl Jung Riesling Alcohol-Free is a semi-dry white wine carefully dealcoholized using a gentle process. With an alcohol content of less than 0.5% ABV, it offers full wine enjoyment without the effects of alcohol. This wine features a bright straw-yellow color and reveals a bouquet of green apples and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is lively with pleasant acidity and a fruity finish.
Goes with: light salads, fish dishes, and poultry. It’s also an excellent choice as an aperitif.
