100% BIBO RUNGE Riesling from Hallgarten locations for carefree enjoyment. Hand-picked, long flavor extraction, gentle pressing with the French basket press and aging in large wooden barrels. The DESERTEUR was gently removed from the alcohol and then it was given a small BIBO RUNGE dosage. What that is remains our secret, but that makes all the difference!
